Linear Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had, at its 13th Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2007, obtained authority from the Company's shareholders to purchase its own shares in accordance with Section 67A of the Companies Act, 1965. This authority will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company ("14th AGM").

Announcement Details :


The Company wishes to seek shareholders' approval for renewal of the said authority at the 14th AGM to be convened and held not later than 30 June 2008 and a Statement in relation thereto will be dispatched to the Company's shareholders in due course.
