aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-

1. Date of presentation of the Notice.
2. The interest rate, if any, in respect of the amount claimed;
3. Details of default or circumstances leading to the filing of the Notice
against LCI Global Sdn Bhd ("LCIGSB").
4. Whether LCIGSB is a major subsidiary;
5. The total cost of investment in LCIGSB;
6. The financial and operational impact of the Notice on the group; and
7. The expected losses, if any arising from the Notice.
