Kindly be advised of the following:-
(i) LINEAR's Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m., on Wednesday, 24 September 2008.
(ii) Trading in LINEAR's Warrants will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 9 September 2008 in order to facilitate the exercise of Warrants.
(iii) LINEAR's Warrants will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 25 September 2008.
Your attention is drawn to LINEAR's notice to warrant holders dated 20 August 2008.
